- Asanduff Blocks Factory – This is where our story begins, with the Asanduff Blocks Factory. Since 1990, our blocks factory has been producing high quality blocks of various shapes and sizes. Our blocks can be found in landmark buildings throughout Ghana’s capitol city, Accra.
- Asanduff Construction – Asanduff Construction is a premier estate building company in Ghana with projects ranging from custom homes, remodels, and landscape architecture to commercial projects, landmark buildings, and road and bridge construction.
Asanduff Trucking, Hauling, and Equipment Rental Services – As the name implies, we offer a variety of hauling, trucking, and equipment rental services. We serve commercial and residential customers with an emphasis on prompt deliveries and well-maintained equipment.

- Tenant Warranty– If any tenant we place leaves or quits paying rent, we’ll find you another tenant at no charge.
- Repair Warranty – If we, or any of our vendors, perform a repair on your property and it’s not corrected the first time, you won’t be charged again.
